Low to No Carb Diet

Truth be told, a no carb diet is not a good idea. You need carbs to survive and eliminating them all together will damage your health and shut down your systems. You can follow a Low to No Carb diet easily as long as you make sure you have the proper knowledge.

My friend is following a no carb diet, I hope it works for her, but I've seen a lot of people lose weight & then gain it all back!
